Waste of money

I bought these a few months ago, yes you can cut them but what the company does not tell you is once you cut them, the piece that isn't attached to the power supply will not connect to the app even if you reattach them to a strip that has power. Cut these lights and the cut piece is worthless

To much

Live in a retirement community and trying to connect to WiFi to get these lights to be yellow is not worth the hassle of WiFi and Bluetooth. Ha I just want yellow lights. You should have 3 or 4 basic colors programmed like Christmas tree lights. Lights are not worth the hassle of getting app WiFi bluetooth

Really good, some room for improvement

First of all, they look great. Install was quick. Remember to wipe down the area you’re going to stick to and the adhesive will work. I have them under and on top of cabinets. I have not had any issues with the app. They work with Home Assistant, so I can do some cool automations. There are two cool white LEDs, two warm white leds, and one RGB LED. finally c by ge has wifi connected lights!!

One of the big downsides to c by ge lightbulbs and strips is that they are bluetooth but now they have finally released wifi product! Picked up a couple of the strips and the bulbs should be out soon. My strips connected to the app right away and the app is usually really buggy but no need to use it because once connected these link to alexa with out the need for a c reach or another wifi product. Perfect for Kitchen under cabinet above counter

I have setup the Google Home app using Google Nest Mesh WiFi and this is easily programmable and so far (3 weeks) working very good at multiple dimmable and color settings. Worth the investment and convenient to use. I put them above our countertops or under the upper cabinets to provide additional lighting. I bought numerous set past few years. Recently , I purchased two more boxes. My older set are 6 pin, these newer are 4 pin. Nowhere does it say anything about that, so now I have extention set that can't connect to anything. Same description. What a joke.
