However, I have about 50 of these and about 10% of them have had issues where they stop responding, and this is not a small problem because then you have one light remain on in a room when others don’t. Good strong light but hard to connect
Very easy to wire in. Replaced existing cans in a drop ceiling so easy wiring. Connecting to app was difficult and hard to figure out if trouble was in my wifi settings or in the light. Had to adjust home wifi settings to properly connect.

Upgraded lights!
I like that the lights can be dimmed as well as changed from different colors. I am still awaiting my electrician to install these lights but I can tell I will really enjoy having the upgraded version of the lights I already have. I would highly recommend these lights.

Inconsistent temperature across Cync lights
I have over 70 Cync lights and switches in my home and installed the 4” wafers as soon as they became available. When i dimmed them, i noticed that their color was very different compared to my A19 full color Cync lights. The wafers took on an ugly greenish yellow when dimmed, very inconsistent with the warm white of the A19s.
