They gave me a returned humidifier, the remote is missing and the machine has something inside that rattles. I am returning it today. I don't know why they gave me this returned item, it was all wrapped up in clear tape. I shouldn't have taken it, I will be more observant the next time I order something that is picked up at the store.
Not what I ordered
The unit I ordered was a Top Fill humidifier what I received is a Bottom Fill tank. We have to carry the tank from the bedroom to the kitchen to fill it, then take back and carefully turn it right side up and set it on the base. Alignment is critical. The picture we saw online was what we ordered. Was it discontinued and this substituted? Took 2 weeks arrive at Lowe’s. We checked Lowe’s online the one we expected is longer available. Needs design improvement.
This is a nice size humidifier, and does an excellent job. It is somewhat cumberson to fill as the container has to be turned upside down, while filling as the top is not flat, but curved making it difficult to hold. The curved top is a cosmetic thing making this more difficult to fill than necessary.
