8-ft Handrail with Brass Handrail Brackets

Nice rail!!!

Coming from a mediumly (self/Youtube trained) capable handyman, this handrail is extremely straight and sturdy. My walls are almost 100 y/o plaster and lathe so I definitely took the time to hit studs and it is extremely sturdy. The rail is finished enough to leave it as is and not get splinters although I way still end up putting a few coates of urethane on to seal it. Definitely recommend.

I was so happy to see this was one whole piece of wood and that it wasn’t pieced together. It is sturdy and had a beautiful natural grain. Matched well with our current red oak flooring.

Great finished look

This didn’t require any sanding and took the stain well. You can see the natural grain through the stain and it looks great. So happy I was able to match my current banister.

Perfect Look and Fit for my Stair Remodel

Replaced an old handrail with this 16’ red oak handrail and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The wood was solid, straight, and had a really nice grain. I finished it with a walnut stain and three coats of satin polyurethane, and it came out looking great. It matches perfectly with my red oak stair treads and the rest of the handrails. Overall, very happy with it and would definitely use it again.

16 feet is long. Make sure your vehicle can handle

Ordered online and did a pick up. Was somewhat concerned the item might be warped. It was a tad but with the length it’s hard not to be.

Sturdy wood railing

Good quality wood. This piece was.made up of a few shorter length pieces of wood that are joined up at staggered intervals. The seams are visible where the wood transitions. Overall it is still solid. Had this standing on end it got knocked over and survived the fall with no damage so its sturdy.
