To set up a subscription for eligible items, follow these steps.

1. To start a subscription, you must have a MyLowe’s account. Don’t have one? Sign up here .

2. On the Product Details Page for eligible items, you will see a “Shop, Subscribe & Save” option on the right-hand side of your screen.

3. Click the button for the “Shop, Subscribe & Save” option, enter the number of units you want, and select the delivery frequency you want.

4. Complete the normal checkout process.

You can also subscribe to an item directly from the Orders & Purchases page.

You can use a gift card, debit card or prepaid card to enroll in Lowe’s Subscriptions. However, we’ll need you to provide a valid credit card for subsequent orders, otherwise future subscription orders will be placed on hold until the change is made.

Note: In the event that the credit card associated with your subscription(s) is nearing expiration, we’ll notify you before the next scheduled order is placed.

Log into your MyLowe’s account and click Subscriptions under My Account. Select the Active tab to view your current subscription(s) and click Manage to the lower right of the item. Under the Order Summary section, you’ll find the option to cancel. Provide a reason for cancellation before confirming your request.

Note: If a cancellation is requested before the next order date, it will be effective immediately. If a cancellation is requested after your order date, it will go into effect after in-progress shipments are delivered.

This can happen if an item is out of stock or we weren’t able to charge your credit card correctly. If it’s the latter, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Update Payment page of your account where you can make necessary changes.

You won’t be charged for either one of these instances and the next delivery should arrive based on your selected frequency.

Log into your MyLowe’s account and click Subscriptions under My Account. Select the Active tab to view your current subscription(s) and upcoming shipment dates. Click Manage to the lower right of the item. Under the item description, you’ll see Quantity and Frequency where you can make changes. Be sure to click Save Changes before exiting the page.
