Would RecommendI love this fry pan! I purchased it to replace a Zwilling Energy pan that I damaged with olive oil. It’s sturdy and the ceramic coating is very durable. I always use silicone or nylon utensils and my current set is 7 years old with not a nick in the surface of any of the pots/pans. Unfortunately I left the pan heating with olive and it burned onto the ceramic coating.

Would Not RecommendReally regret buying this pan. I got it on sale, but I still don’t think it’s worth the price. I’ve only used it a couple of times, carefully following the instructions to keep it on low to medium heat, yet eggs stick to it like it’s a 10-year-old pan. It’s also very hard to clean, even after soaking it in water. The egg whites won’t come off unless I scrub with more pressure, which just ruins the coating. I’ll stick to their knife products in the future.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great small pan, perfect size for eggs (fried, scramble) but the best test is for spanish omelet (tortilla de patatas), just so great. The non-stick part is working very well, the heating works evenly and cooks very well. So happy I found it.
