Would RecommendI was looking for a chefs knife with the grooves of a Santoku knife that had an angle grip on the bolster like the ZWILLING Pro knives. No one makes that combination, this rocking Santoku is the closest you will find. The handle is a little beefier than I am used to on the rest of the knives that I have used before but I am getting used to it. It really does feel like an extension of your arm while using it.

Would RecommendThis has been a great addition to my set, joining my 7” Zwilling chef knife and my 8” Miyabi, both of which see daily use and have held up great for quite a while. I already see that this blade will be a perfect complement to the others and can’t wait to see what dishes it will inspire. The grip and sway of the knife rocking as a slice through veggies is smooth and consistent. Excellent product!
