Great bone cleaver

Sharp knife and good size for me when i have small hands. I am happy with the knife I purchased.

Great product! It easily cuts lamb chops, whole chicken, and goat into curry-sized pieces. It cuts through the bones cleanly without shredding or splintering them. Very sturdy and works exactly as expected. Highly recommended!

Perfect butcher knife for thin fish steaks

The ergonomic knife handle was perfect to penetrate a big bone piece and cut it into perfect Slices. The bone penetration was perfect and the edge sharpness retention has been wonderful so far. The design makes it easier to balance the knife and make thin and even cuts. This is our first knife with zwilling family and love to buy more!

Best bone chopping knife

I love the weight and feel of the knife in my hand. Perfectly balanced for cutting bones, smashing garlic, or handling heavy duty jobs. Even after cutting poultry bones and fish bones the edge retention and curve is still sharp as the day I bought it.

Heavier than I thought but so far pretty useful. Very sharp and balanced. Will see how it holds up after a year.

Fantastic Cleaver - excellent design & performance

I got this for my dad as an early Father's Day gift, and he is absolutely thrilled with it. The hand feel is excellent, the edge came razor-sharp, and the weight is perfect for someone who prefers a solid, confident blade. He has already used it for everything from prep work (he loves smashing garlic) to heavier chopping and cannot stop raving about it. He is already planning which knife he wants next. I think I created a monster!
