Great sharp knife

The Zwilling Z15 bread knife is perfect for cutting my sourdough bread.

Great bread knife

This knife is a massive improvement over the 30 year-old bread knife it replaces. It allows me to make thin and precise cuts on crusty, locally baked bread that wasn’t possible with our old knife (where instead I would end up with uneven and misshaped slices or tearing the bread as I tried to slice it). Highly recommended.

The Z15 serration is worth having.

This is a very nice bread knife. My wife bakes round loaves of bread that are not easy to cut with an 8" bread knife; so far this one is handling the chore very well. Our old one is also still great, an 8" Zwilling that is at least 30 years old.

Best bread knife I’ve ever owned!

This knife cuts through crusty bread with ease. Sourdough, French bread, baguette, rye or whatever. I love all of them, but hated slicing it with my old bread knife. It’s actually kind of fun slicing it with this bead knife! Really. I’m so glad I invested in this!

Well designed and made German knife

I bought this knife especially for slicing sourdough bread that we make. I expected the knife to be very sharp, and was not disappointed. In addition, I really like the stiffness of the blade and the way it handles crustier breads. Like the other knives we have that have a non-symmetrical cutting edge, this tends to want to slice or pull to the left when cutting down through the loaf. Best Knife Ever

The feel of this knife is fantastic. It is well balance in the hand and easy to grip. The serration cut through my sourdough rolls so easy.
