Good lightweight steak knives
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife handles are thinner and lighter than another set we are replacing which my wife appreciates. So not beefy "steakhouse" knives. Sharp out of the box of course. The thinner profile blades look like they will be easy to keep sharp. We have other Henkels brand kitchen knives that we are happy with so far.
