Love this knife. It has a great blade and is very well balanced. It was nice to see that it was made in Germany but I missed seeing the specifics as to where each component of the knife was made. So should I assume it is all German made?

Perfect Lightweight Blade

My dad purchased this for me as a gift because I already have a 7" chef's knife from Zwilling, and I had expressed interest in something more lightweight for my smaller hands. This is perfection! It fits beautifully into my hands while offering me precision, sharpness, and control. I use it daily for most of my prep work. Cutting lettuce and certain other denser items are better suited for the heavier chef's knife. But most of my daily cooking is solved with the lighter-weight Nakiri.

Amazing Lightweight Blade

My dad bought me this knife as a gift, and I love everything about it! I have small hands, and the blade length and weight are perfect. It offers excellent control x precision, and sharpness. So far, the edge remains and sounds like a sword! I use it for most of my lighter prep work, and the quality is top notch.

Lighter doesn't mean cheaper

This knife is surprisingly light but does not feel cheap. Full tang, solid build, and very sharp. This is a knife that will last me a very long time with proper care.

My Zwilling Nakiri knife

The knife weights perfectly and is ergonomic designed to cut with precision as it holds its sharpness. It has kept its edge perfectly since ive gotten it. I've been using it in my kitchen for a few months now and love having it in my collection of kitchen utensils.
