Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this knife. We use it for nearly all manner of chopping. Knife has a good weight and feels balanced. It isn’t too long or too short, it’s just right. Has lasted a long time before handle began to split but warranty replaced it. So happy to have this knife back and I would definitely buy it again.
