Would RecommendSame apparent look as my other 4 Star knives. Very Sharp! Thin blade compared to some less expensive Santoku knives I have used and far lighter than my 8" 4 Star Chef's Knife. Where tang meets handle also feels less sturdy. Time and use may change my opinion, but it feels like Zwilling has cheaped-out on "4 Star" quality over the years. "Hanckels" and "Soligen Steel" no longer appears on the blade either!

Great addition to my Chef’s knife
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my regular santoku because it’s thin and sharp. However, I can never use it for mincing garlic or onions. This rocking santoku allow me to do that. It’s an awesome knife!
