Great Knife
Started making sour dough bead and the knives I already had were hard to cut with and shredding the bread. Boy…..what a difference a knife makes! This knife is great! Love it!

Would RecommendI broke my old bread knife and finally got around to buying this one. It’s sharp, seems great quality and is comfortable to hold. It’s cut through my dad’s homemade bread with ease. It cuts thin pieces no problem. I’m extremely happy with this fine bit of cutlery.
