Would Not RecommendPurchased this set about a year ago. Immediately disappointed with the quality. The paring knives were too big for my taste, and none of the blades were very sharp. We tried sharpening but they don't hold a good edge. We also thought we were getting knives made in Spain, but these are made in India. So many of the knives look similar, perhaps I mistakenly ordered something different than intended. Would RecommendSo far so good! I've only had these for two weeks but I am very happy with them. The weight and feel are quite nice, and naturally they have a nice edge that allows you to get a tomato sliced very thinly. My wife likes the smaller knives which are nice for cooking smaller meals. I fully expect to like these as much in the years to come.
