Would Not RecommendThe telescoping chimney pieces looked bent when taken out of packaging. Slight bend, thought is was not much, but after having it put up, the reflection of light shows how bent it is. Such a pain! ****Also, I would not recommend this product, every time it is touched, it shows finger marks that do not wipe off easily, some not at all. Very disappointed.
Big Dent!
Would RecommendI'm pretty disappointed at Zline. For $500 I would expect more from a company than sending a new customer, an obvious return from another customer. You can tell because the bottom of the protective film is all scratched up, meaning that somebody opened this box previously. Upon opening the package to test the fan, I noticed the big dent!! Now I have to take the back off to pop it. If this is the type of products, I'm going to be getting from ZLine, than this will be my last purchase from them! I...

Reverse Ombré hood
Would Not RecommendColor of the chimney extension, does not match the range hood. We ordered the corresponding chimney extension for the BSKEN hood range. After having it professionally installed and removing the protective film, the colors do not match and is quite visible from all angles. We contacted Zline and were advised to use mineral oil, which did not help at all.
Mismatched color
Would Not RecommendWe installed the Zline hood range model BSKEN, along with the chimney extension. Upon removing the protective film, there is a big visible color variation between the chimney extension ( that corresponded with the range hood) and the range hood itself. We now have a “color block” range hood, which is completely unacceptable. The color difference, shows from all angles. Open kitchen floor plan, with lots of natural light.
Beautiful Hood
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a new ZLINE Autograph 36" white/gold hood last month to match the ZLINE range. The combo of the two is amazing and gets a lot of compliments. The hood power is more than enough to vent the 36" gas range.
