Good volume but won't close

These containers hold a bunch but the kids won't stay closed/on.

Old style was better

This new style is terrible. The lids are difficult to get on and they don't seal.

Ziploc R&D approved the wrong design

I purchased these containers with the expectation that they would be of the same quality as the ones I'dused for years already. I could not have been more wrong. As most reviewers have already stated, the lids are next to impossible to get to close and stay closed. If, by some miracle, I actually get one to close with tomorrow's lunch in it, it will more often than not, be open by the time I sit down for said lunch, with a good portion already spilled out. Lids don't fit!

I wish I had read the reviews online before buying in store, such a waste of money. The lids don't fit onto the bins.

I would NOT buy this product again.

Just as some of the other reviews stated, the lids don't fit. They were a waste of my money.

Total crap

No matter what I do, the lids will not stay closed. One end ALWAYS pops up. I tried holding one corner and running my thumb around. I tried the "Tupperware method" of pushing the middle. I tried pushing all four corners at once. NOTHING WORKS! I will go back to the Rubbermaid containers.

TERRIBLE LID ISSUE DON'T PURCHASE

We have used Ziploc for years with no issues UNTIL our latest purchase.....LIDS aren't close to fitting....we are have to trash them.....Great job ZipLock...you just proved a cost reduction made the landfill. Where was quality control....or did you let them go for the cost reduction??? Someone needs to fire the Brand Mgr.!

Waste of money DO NOT BUY

How can you mass produce these without testing them? All of the comments are the same. This product has one single function to store food and the ability to open and close the lid. It is not humanly possible to seal this lid on, regardless of the amount of hands you use. Complete waste of money and plastic. No one gets lunches tomorrow unfortunately. Thanks Zip Loc

Lids don't work

No matter what I do, I cannot get the lids to shut without a huge struggle. I end up crushing my lunch contents and crushing the container to try to get these lids on. Unfortunately, I bought the huge pack with many different sizes of containers and I feel like I will have to throw them all away because I am tired of struggling with them every week when I make lunches.

Do not purchase these

It is crazy that you put these on the market. I cannot close the lids at all. You need to test your products before production.

Lids do not close

I just bought 2 sets of these deep square containers. None of the lids fit. The design is new with raised bubbles around the edge of the container and lid. It was advertised as better and leakproof. Unfortunately I would rather have the old design.

Lid issues

We have the larger square containers - the new updated ones. The lids are impossible to put on/seal so had to change the bottom part twice to fit a lid - which should be interchangeable. These feel less stable than the prior version. We have 6 of these.

Why was this ever produced? It's an embarrassement.

This is a terrible product. You took something that worked, took up less space in the kitchen, and made one that takes up more space and fails in its most basic function. Lids do not fit

Like semingly everybody else found out the lids do not fit. Wild. The autoresponses from the customer support team that don't address this issue are also wild.

New container not better

Have used these containers for years. This new design makes it nearly impossible to seal the containers shut. Won't make that mistake again. I'll buy the cheap store brands.

Do not by this product

I purchased this product as we needed containers to leave on a trip tomorrow. After a greuling half hour of attempting to close the container them we resorted to Youtube and other sites without finding an answer of what the secret technique to close the lids was. We will be returning them to the store. We are baffled to believe that a company would allow this poor a product to remain on store shelves. They don't work!

I use these mostly to store leftovers. I have tried over and over to close these. I've googled and looked I. YouTube for instruction on putting on the covers thinking I must be doing something wrong, all storage containers should seal right? Nope, I cannot get these closed. These are useless
