its too difficult to use

the odor is so strong , that contractor refused to use it after testing, to the extent he complained he will fall sick although he used all kind of masks. I couldn't return it in time and lost a lot of money.in general and Ai search, there's some saying around why it should be used on the walls of bathrooms but most regular contractors don't see why it needs to be used. I wish I had the details about real usages from real users. I wish someone send me a detailed usage where how and why I should ...

Pricy but it works!

This stuff works. I was looking for Kilz but Lowe's doesn't carry it. Bought this instead. Previous house owner had a cat peeing in a carpeted closet. I removed all the carpet and padding, applied enzymatic cleaner a few times, then sealed it up with this stuff. Odor is totally gone. The subfloor is a piece of plywood so it is impressive that it worked well on that too. It is super expensive in my opinion but I made this little quart work for a small closet.

I used this to prime brand new plywood before painting, and it did better than expected. Had to use two coats to hide all the grain but i expected that seeing it was bare wood.

what's the hype about?

first, I'm tried on the furniture project. it's awful. it's runny impossible to put on with the brush, but it dries within 2 seconds before even I can finish the stroke. awful

Perfect Solution

I bought this to seal an area where mold had gone deep into wood. I had treated the mold and cleaned the area as well as I could. There was a stain and possibly still mold deep in the wood. The BIN Primer went on smoothly and left a permanent, non-toxic seal that allowed me to apply a coat of paint. Perfect non-toxic solution to a real problem.
