This is not a critique on the customer service representatives—-the employees themselves. They, have zero control over the “customer” experience, I know. First, technology, sometimes, it isn’t friendly. Terrible did not work one bit

Crappy product not one bug

Disappointed.

Invested in 3 zevo traps 3 years ago. Now they have changed the design and the refills for the A335A1 designs are no longer available. This leaves my investment a total loss.. I now have to buy all new traps. Which will not happen I will use a competitor.

Don't Waste Your Money

Don't waste your money. We had an outbreak of fruit flies and my old school method of apple cider vinegar in a bowl with a drop of dish soap, cover with plastic wrap and poke holes in the top, worked so much better. We got 2 in this trap and it was set right where they were all hanging out. The fruit flies were sitting on top of it. Maybe they work better for regular flies? I would not purchase again.

Light Burned Out After 1 Summer

UV light has stopped working after less than a year on the plug-in tabletop unit. A little pricey for 1 summer of use.

Wall style works best

I was so excited when I saw this thinking it would free up an outlet in my kitchen since the wall style covers both outlets but it doesn’t work. I’ve had it plugged in now for 2 weeks and it’s caught (attracted) nothing. I have three of the wall outlet takes plugged in cause it’s Texas and we all have flies. And they have attracted every fly that has come into my home. This works as a good night light. Not worth the money when the other ones work just fine.

Need a lightbulb !

My Zevo is definitely catching flies , but the light is no longer working - how do I get a replacement lightbulb ?!

A Good Bug Catching Option

I like that this Zevo Max is corded so I can put it in a place where the outlet is low to the floor and/ or behind something.

Excellent product!

I put this in my small foyer where my front door is before it opens up to the rest of the house. I was absolutely shocked in three days how many bugs were in it. I will be getting refills and continuing to use it.

It worked great but the lights don’t work anymore after 6 months (and not continuosly plugged in. Probably had it for a month, then a week or so, then tried it just now and nothing. The outlet is working.

I was gifted this product and was excited to try it. what I like most is that they’re powered by essential oils instead of the harsh chemical smell you get with a lot of bug sprays. The spray worked quickly on ants and flying insects, and the foam was especially helpful for getting into cracks and areas where bugs like to hide. Did not last

I bought this product last summer and it worked great. I put it away to fall and pulled it out today. I know I would not come on. I only used it for two months in the summer. For the price that I paid for this product I think I would’ve gotten more use out of it.
