Came in three separate deliveries! First box arrived and online said”completed”. Had to go to the store to get updates on the other two tracking numbers. Why? Assembly was timely but fairly easy using power tools instead of the one Allen key they give you. One of the chairs in the middle shows cosmetic damage. If I could order one chair I would. Very modular and comfortable.

The item came a week early! I love the modularity of the furniture and the comfort is great too.

Sun room furniture

I bought this fir my sun room. The assembly took longer than expected as the end pieces needed straightened in order to tighten. The cushions are adequate but slightly scratchy per group feed back. I was happy for the sale price, delivery and think all is fine.

not waterproof

the cushions soak up water and take forever to dry, exactly what you don’t want with outdoor furniture

Lousy customer service

im missing a piece to put my $700 set together. We called the company and thier system hangs up on us before we can get help. We have tried for the last 4 hours to reach them and the same thing keeps on happening. A lot of thier reviews have been given incentives, so I probably would take those with a grain of salt. Lowes needs to really get with this business if it's going to keep selling thier products.

this company is lousy.

I'm missing a piece to put my $700 set together and when we call to speak to the company they keep hanging up instead of answering the phone. I'm not done with this yet. Lowes needs to dump this company as they are totally lousy.

I am a 70-year old woman and assembled this by myself. For the sake of transparency, it was not my first flat-pack project. The pieces fit together well, the instructions were clear and extra hardware was included. It also looks really good!

LOVE THIS!

Looks awesome and is super comfortable. Very classy (not cheap) and the orange color is a perfect pop for our gray apartment balcony. It’s so nice that the pieces are all movable so you can create whatever arrangement fits your space. Wonderful piece especially for the price. Took me about four hours to put together by myself because there are a lot of pieces, but it wasn’t too difficult.

Good quality product but directions were tough to read
