I love everything about this knife! The feel in hand is amazing. The edges of the handle are smooth where I want it and grips in the right places. The blade is slightly weighted toward the handle, which makes me feel like I have better control. The construction is absolutely master-class. I couldn’t be happier!

Replacement Knife
Loved my original knife which actually split on its own. This was a warranty issue, Not sure how it happened, but I wish someone had an idea and informed me what they think happened. Received my replacement knife worked like the first one and I was totally satisfied with your warranty process.

Good Knife - NOT the same as the Classic
This is a good knife. It felt "off" in my hand. I've been using the Wusthof classic 8" style knives since 1986. This one with the white handle was labeled "classic" but laying over another knife, the angle front the heel to the tang is different. The tip to but is about 3/8" longer, & the scales are longer and wider than my old knives. It's still got the full heel like my other classics... But after +/- 40 years, I can tell this one is NOT on spec. I'm sure I'll get used to it. but it's not go...

The 8" Chef's knife is much better than any knife i have had in 50 years of cooking. I had no idea a knife could cut all vegetables so easily.

Coral Perfection
This knife is an absolute stunner out of the box and magnificently sharp. Great for slicing and chopping an extremely broad amount of foods. Blade seems to be standing up well to hard everyday work in a busy kitchen environment. Coming with instructions on how to polish the brass rivets as well is a plus. The handle is solid and has a lovely weight to it, giving more precision on your board. Can't love it enough and already saving up for several complimentary Wusthof knives for career.

Excellent Knife
I really needed to upgrade my knives and so glad I decided to try Wustof! I just wish I purchased everything at the same time to use the initial discount😜. I love that sone of the knives come in colors pink is my fave so far. I went back and got the 9in, parer and bread knives along with a new sharpener, poultry shears and regular scissors. My new go to brand

A gift thar keeps giving
Received my first one as a gift 19 years ago andchavecadded 4 others to my collection. These 2 original handles cracked. Contacted company, sent them back and got credit for these new one. A great product means standing by it. Great knives. Great company.

Come for the Knives, Stay for the lifetime warranty
Purchased this as a warranty replacement, the knives are of course very high quality, but you won't appreciate how good until you have to replace one. I expected lots of hassle and delay as you have to send the knife to them in MA. So dropped mine in the mail and crossed my fingers. Four days later I had an email, with a link to replace the knife. You really have to believe in your product to offer a lifetime warranty, and not making me wait 3 weeks to get a new one was most appreciated
