Great door handle but the lock is hard to set. You have to wiggle it back and forth several times to get it to work.

Destroyed my door
Would Not RecommendI just had to completely take apart my door and door frame to get this handle/latch out to return it to Lowe’s because the latch got stuck and I was locked in/out of my house. This is the second handle I bought as I returned the first one because the keyed lock fell completely out of the handle for no reason. DO NOT BUY THIS HANDLE.

Would Not RecommendSo I bought one and had to return it because the whole lock mechanism fell out. I got a new one and this one constantly gets stuck trying to open my door. I have to yank on it and wiggle it and finally it’ll open. Will be returning and trying the ugly aged bronze Larson brand handle I guess.

Would Not RecommendThis is a total piece of junk. Very poor workmanship. You don't need to worry about using the key to unlock it from the outside, because half the time, the handle doesn't even work correctly! It constantly gets stuck & takes several tries to get it to work right to open the door. It is getting returned & I will not buy this brand ever again.

Horrible product...I've had to grind on the mechanism and it still sticks. The whole unit IS NOT manufactured well at all. I'm pretty handy in the shop so I can make it work....I feel sorry for the average homeowner that does not have the tools etc. that I have. This product is crap

I figured out that I had to sand a slight portion on the corner of the torque plate because the inner handle worked perfectly after I lube it up but the outside handle would not engage the latch all the way while pulling the handle downward, it was fine upward, but not downward. After sanding a smidge off the torque plate everything works as it should now. I gave 3 stars because I had to modify it to work properly otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
