Door center pin cut correctly door thickness

Could be a little better
Would RecommendI very much prefer this handle compared to the standard storm door handle. My only issue with this handle is that it breaks every couple of years. I think I've gone through 3 of these handles. The main pin inside the handle just doesn't last as long as it should. It appears to be cast part using a softer metal. Eventually, they snap in half and I have to replace the whole thing. Worst part about the whole thing is when the pin breaks, you can't open the door from the outside.
