Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an innovative product and helpful to everyone who could use the extra accessibility. I know for my parents they are getting older and this product alleviates the need for them to bend down every time they want to prop the door open. The easy touch of a button without leaning down is extremely useful. It could also be useful if you had your hands full and could not fully extend the door without putting the items down.

Would RecommendOverall, I’m a fan of this update. I am using this on my balcony door. It’s helpful when I’m carrying decorations or coffee/food and my hands are full. It is a bit bouncy, but you get used to it. I also like the adjustment knob for speed of closing.

Would Not RecommendLowes website was very difficult to use. It kept insisting that I pick up something from a drop box in Staten Island new York which I didn't want and couldn't delete. They still sent the item there and I have still not received my refund for the item. I will NEVER use their site again.
