It's light and built like a gas saw.safty brake and oiler

It is.very good value for a reasonable price.

This item works very well and the battery lasts for an extended period of time. It cuts through medium size logs and trees like butter. I am very satisfied. Thank you.

Powerful enough

I bought the 16” Worx chain saw. This is more then I needed but wanted the extra length just in case. This has really good power. I haven’t made more then 40 cuts with it yet but it blows through limbs like a heavy duty gas unit. It is heavy like a gas powered especially with the batteries, However it’s easy to handle. I’m looking forward to using it on larger trees and limbs.

Perfect working order

Easy operation

Just the right size for jobs around the house. I have already used it to clear some remaining dead fall from Helene.

Impressed

Ordered this saw 2 weeks ago due to storm damage. So far I’m impressed with ease of operation, balance noise. I’ve owned 4 Stihl gas powered saws over the last 50 years and have watched the progress of battery powered equipment. I own the Blower/Vac, Nailer, Drill and String trimmer/Edger. After considering price, durability, and reputation, I wo...

48 hour return policy beware

Chain brake not working as soon as opened the box so saw wouldn’t start. The real issue is that Lowe’s has a 48 hour return policy. That’s highly unusual, not made clear unless you read the fine print, and really kind of scammy. Your employees also think it is ridiculous.

Off the chainsaw

Excellent cut. Power and convenience

Good for light to moderate use

Great for general use, but cannot replace the amount of work a gas powered saw can do. It uses up the batteries pretty quick under heave demand. That said, while the batteries last ( I'm using 6.5 AH batteries ) it effectively cuts 20 to 25 foot diameter tree. You just have to be willing to take the time to recharge after about 5 minutes of that intensity. For smaller stuff, you'll be pleasantly surprised by its power.
