Easy to use from my power wheelchair!
Would RecommendI like to do some simple yard work from my power wheelchair. I had an electric edger/trimmer, but I kept getting the electrical cord stuck under my wheels. So I decided to try to find something easier. This battery operated one is not only less cumbersome, it is also lighter weight.

Works for our need.
Would RecommendI purchased this item to match my lawnmower and interchangeable batteries is great. The string seems to be a little lite for edging option but overall great.

I bought this for my neighbor for her birthday which was in July. I ordered it on the 13th of June, and her birthday wasn't until July 1. I have been in and out of the hospital and very sick and she reached out to me last week and I provided her with this information. Great tool but I wish the auto feed lasted longer
Would RecommendFirst off - I'm a huge Worx fan and have purchased a lot of their tools. Second - this is a great trimmer and I've just purchased my third one. My only gripe is that the Command Feed feature stops working after a few seasons, making it very inconvenient to use. I don't believe it's serviceable, but I think the tool would last many years more if it were. Luckily, it's not that expensive, so I just keep replacing it when the feed stops working.

Second time purchase
Would Not RecommendThis is my second time buying this model why? Because the string cutter fell off and you don’t sell replacements. As someone that has several worx products. This is stupidity. Replacement parts should be a priority to keep customers happy. Get you’re stuff together. I won’t be buying a 3rd. Not selling parts is idiotic.
