Would RecommendThis end of the hose glass cleaner is easy to use. It does reach the upper windows of my split foyer. You really need to follow the directions and soak the window for the time specified. The results were mixed with some windows getting cleaner than others. I did find that when we got subsequent rain, they did get cleaner.

Would Not RecommendI have hard to reach 2nd floor windows that make cleaning a challenge so I bought this Windex Outdoor Window Cleaner to save time and avoid climbing a ladder. I found the product to be easy to set up but the valve that selects between off, rinse, and clean does not work well. Additional soap was frequently added when rinse was selected. While my windows are cleaner, it did not remove all of the dirt and left some streaking. Recommend using a brush on a pole in conjunction with this product.
