Not A Fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really liking this refrig. Top shelf of frig freezes everything that I put on it. Except pickles, olives and anything with vinegar and or salt. Also bottom freezer half the time when you open it looks like it has been defrosting cause it is frosted. Frig is set at 39 degrees. Not a fan also of no split shelves but living with it. Have not called for service cause I figure they wouldn't do much anyway.

Eventual knock inside refrigerator.

Perfect for the space I have

Fit our needs

Don't last long

Big difference

Solid refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have limited space and this model was one of the only ones that would fit. It's a little on the small side but the cooling system is good. I wish there was a shelf on the bottom of the door and that there was a third drawer in the middle. Otherwise, happy with the choice.

ease of use

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is difficult to reach products in the back of the refrigerator. The freezer door is in the line of vision. You have to get on your knees to access the bottom drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a 14 cubic foot refrigerator. Perfect size for two retired people. More than enough room for us. Operates quietly. Love the adjustable temp controls for the fridge and freezer! Greta value for the price.

Exasperating temperature control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am have a very hard time on getting the right temperature settings. Items in the freezer are frosted. The refrigerator has ice buildup on the back top vent. I have to keep adjusting the knobs. Have not found the sweet spot yet.

Buyer's remorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a week ago. Smaller than I thought and I am not confident of the seal when the door closes. I wanted swap out wire shelves for glass shelves and inquired but no response as of yet, except to say they have seen my inquiry. The only reason I am keeping it is because of the hassle if would be to remove and return.

Refrigerator is efficient with excellent features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had any Issues with Whirlpool products, that's why when it came to a smaller 28" refrigerator I chose a Whirlpool. The refrigerator was installed and we set the recommended temperatures. Once it shut off we loaded the refrigerator. The next day the juice turned into a slushy and the sour cream was frozen. We adjusted it accordingly and it is working using less energy than the refrigerator we replaced.
