Would RecommendThis smudge proof, side by side refrigerator had the perfect footprint for our space, 36.5 inches. It is quiet, doesn't turn on unnecessarily. Ice came in after 10 hours. It is pretty straight- forward to set up and use, not a smart frig, which isn't a loss, in my book. Overall a good purchase. Guess only thing that surprised me is how light the doors are when closing... nothing like the 16 yr old frig it replaced. As long as it works and lasts, all is good.

Delivered Damaged and I have to find the part
Would Not RecommendIt was delivered damaged. It has been a nightmare trying to get it fixed. I have called customer service multiple times. We went 3 weeks without a working refrigerator. Now they tell me that I have to call Whirlpool to get a replacement part. I paid to have a new refrigerator delivered and now I have to do the work to get it repaired. Something is wrong with this picture. I am not a happy customer.

Great, but a couple issues
We've had the new fridge for a few weeks. Overall, a great buy. Two issues, I believe it would be nice for the delivery team to remove the dozens of pieces of tape from the shelves and glass. Second, the motor, at times, vibrates the ventilation shield on the back of the unit, making a rattling sound.
