Bad fridge, bad Cutomer Service at Lowes

I baught this fridge at Lowes. Waited 2 weeks because it was a special order. Understandable. Upon delivery, the guys were professional and polite. I waited the required 48 hrs for the fridge & freezer to catch up, and then stocked it. The fridge/freezer warked fine. Several days later, I went to the freezer and everything was thawed out. The freezer registered 29 degrees and the fridge 49 degrees overnight. The inside lights were also out. It was if the fridge had shut itself off. I ...

Great 33"Wide Refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a 33" wide refrigerator. This refrigerator is stylish and it offers ample capacity for its size.. The bottom drawer freezer offers ample space and it is easy to access.thw inside the door water dispenser works, but it seems a bit awkward to use. Overall, this refrigerator is a great overall value!

Too loud

I really wanted to like this fridge. But I hate it. It’s so loud and has so many weird knocking noises. Recently started making an unbearable buzzing noise that will not go away. Do not buy this fridge if you’re sensitive to noises. 😭

Great fridge

Too loud

I would give this zero stars if I could. Too loud. Whirlpool should be embarrassed to sale a refrigerator that is this loud. My old fridge barley made a noise. Hoping I can return it.

Door Alarm Doesn't Work

I bought this almost 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks in, the inside was all frosted over. Seems that the door didn't shut all the way. Wasn't sure, so called a repairman. By the time he came, it seemed to be functioning. However, I asked him to check the door alarm. He tested it and it didn't beep until 10 minutes had passed. Pretty useless warning.

Very Nice Refrigerator - But

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice refrigerator. My only gripe is the noise it makes. If Whirlpool could do something to make my refrigerator quieter I would give 5 stars. I cut a rubber matt and have that between the refrigerator and my tile floor; I taped every piece that could rattle, and I sound proofed the wall behind the refrigerator; and I still find it very annoying.

Great Features: Filtered water and ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a couple of weeks and so far its good. The vegetable and fruit crispers do not close very well though, There is a tab on the top of the drawers and when closing it gets stuck.

Our new Fridge

Nice fridge

With a smooth surface, I constantly wipe the doors for appearance. With a textured surface, I could at least let it go a day or so without wiping it down just to make it look fresh.. Exactly what we were looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy access water inside the fridge, easy access to change water filter and adjust temperature and other settings. The ice maker Is nice and it's room for what we need it for!
