Would Not RecommendIt’s quite. But the underside is open and is right above eye level. Who wants to see that? It needs a cover and it would be perfect. I should’ve stuck with my former brand but I bought new appliances and wanted it all to match.

Would Not RecommendThe absolute worst! This fan couldn’t suck up anything no matter the conditions! Pitiful. I never give one star reviews but BAM! there it is! Notice the specs don’t even list the CFM. That’s because it’s probably zEROOOO! Whirlpool needs to pull this product and offer replacements that actually suck smoke! Previous owner installed this vent. Surely they never cooked in their kitchen?

Would Not RecommendThis hood is only useful as a light. Yes, it is very quiet, because the fan is a miserable excuse for an appliance to clear the air. The low speed has zero impact, and the high fan is the equivalent of a normal hood's low speed. DO NOT BUY. On top of being such a disappointment, because the first model that arrives was smashed on one side, I ended up waiting 7 months to get this installed. Subpar at best
Would Not RecommendThis is the product that has been in my home for at least three years now. It barely vents anything and i believe it is the reason we have so many flies inside our home. The vent goes directly outside of the house and there is no filter on the fan as of right now. We are looking at replacing it as almost every time we cook the smoke alarm goes off.

Would Not RecommendSure wish I saw the reviews before purchase. No air flow. One star is for how quiet it is. Waisted 20 some minutes trying to get help on the phone. They used most of it asking me for all my information and less than a few seconds telling me they don't have a remedy.

Poor suction, CRST customer service gripe
Would Not RecommendThe fan suction is very low, even on the high setting. Product doesn't come with light bulb. Hard to remove fingerprints from surface. Installer company (CRST) didn't respond to escalated concerns regarding lack of communication. I wasn't notified installer want coming and when I called, my escalated call was not returned. They suck.
