won't lock and tipping backward

I own a PS-48 and today it won't lock anymore. The locking pin won't come out. It's stuck inside the hole. It looks like it has fallen down, although I can still see half of it. The scaffold has now started to tip because of this. One of the leg is not leveled on the ground with the other three. It's tipping backward. Be careful with this scaffold. This is a hazard.

Amazing customer service

Zach at Barboursville Lowe’s is an excellent employee and went out of his way to help although the system said they had 3 in stock we were only able to find one (frown). But overall he did an amazing job and I can tell he dedicated to help customers. It’s people like him who makes this experience easy and hassle free

Great Product

This was a great find for us on a tight budget. We're mostly utilizing this for painting as we're in the process of repainting the entire interior of our home. So easy to use and folds up to a very small profile for easy storage.

I bought for home renovations and it has been a excellent product for homeowners use. Folds up for storage perfect. I wish they would make a tool caddy for the ends like they have for the ladders.

Makes Painting Higher Up Much Easier

The Good: well packed, well made, good paint job, easy to get in place and setup, no-mar locking wheels, walking boards are heavy steel and don’t bend and are lightly diamond plated for non-slip, hanger hooks for both walking boards is a great idea, and finally its under Werner nameplate which makes good products and will warranty it.
