Would Not RecommendI expected a type griddle that requires seasoning with oil before using. This griddle actually states not to put oil on it directly. The recommendation is to put oil on the food. So far it has worked OK, but I will have to get used to not squirting some oil on the griddle. the real test will be durability and performace with a lot of different applications.

Would RecommendWell made griddle fits perfectly in the right half of the Spirit grill. Worked great with cut small potatoes and asparagus, not so great with Beyond steak filet, maybe the steak pieces would've cooked better?
