What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these lighter cubes as a reliable, odor-free alternative to lighter fluid and newspaper for starting charcoal. Most report consistent, effortless ignition with just one or two cubes, particularly with chimney starters, and many state they will never return to traditional methods. Reviewers highlight the absence of chemical smells and faster, more even heat distribution. The cubes work well across various grills, smokers, and setups, with flexible scaling for different load sizes. A few note occasional crumbling or difficulty in windy conditions, but these minor issues are vastly outweighed by widespread satisfaction and reliable performance.
