Would Not RecommendSince the item was delivered at the beginning of June, we’ve had nothing but problems. The item was poorly assembled. It’s rickety and not solid as a weber grill should be. We’ve contacted the store several times always to the reply that someone will get back to me. It has never happened and it is now June 28. I want a properly assembled grill! The grill that was delivered came covered in dust, meaning that it was not a new grill. It was a floor model. That was pretty poor. I’m disgusted . I’ve ...
Heats up super fast!
Would RecommendI bought this over a month ago to replace my 17 year old Weber Genesis 3 Burner. Assembly was a little of a challenge because I had to follow addendum instructions and one of the supports arrived bent. I had to bend the support back to position by hand but at the end, after assembly and use, I love the grill. It heats up fast and cooks consistently. I will always return to Weber for my BBQ needs.

Great BBQ but issue with billing not resolved
The BBQ is great but I got overcharged by 229,95$ and I am chasing for my money for 3 weeks and it is not resolved like if the accounting peoples are just not available to verify my case. Very unfortunately as the product are amazing. Unacceptable for a company that big.
