Solid build, wish every part was made/manufactured in the US though. Still a very good Weber product with a long history of offering good grills and accessories.

I have been trying to convince my my husband that we needed a gas grill as he is a charcoal grill we. When he saw size of the Weber Spirit Grille and the ease of using it, ge was convinced. Thank you, Weber!!!

Perfect size, easy to use.

Perfect size. Easy to use. Grills nicely. Only reason I gave it a 4 is that Weber Grills no longer gives you the accessory that estimates the amount of propane in your tank. Had that with our last Weber Genesis grill and loved it. Checked into it and it looks like you have to purchase that separately on all their grills now. If you purchase separately difficult to attach to the grill to hang the propane tank. Other attachments don’t work either, so definitely miss that to let us know when gettin...

Great product bad customer service.

This product was fine. It was the service at Lowes that was not. I ordered this at 8am and elected the option where Lowe's assembles it for you. I was told the product would be ready in 3 hours.I rented a truck and drove 2 hours to this location- arrived at 1pm and was told after waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to greet me that their assemble team would not even be in for another 2 days. Grill is fine, Lowe’s not so much

The product is fine. The process was terrible. I ordered it to be assembled and to be picked up at the store on Saturday as a Father’s Day gift. Only after chasing the store did I find out that the store has someone to assemble only on Tuesday and Thursday. The ordering function on the website must be modified to accurately inform customers of scheduling constraints like this.

Disappointed

I thought Weber was a better brand but this grill is rather expensive and cheaply made. We bought it because our space is limited. The grates are too far apart. The handle gets hot enough to require a pot holder and even the side shelves get too hot to touch. For $399 I expected more from Weber. Not thrilled with this grill. F

Set up and delivery were great.

bought it last week but have not used it yet. It was great that Lowe's assembled it and delivered it. Saved me a lot of aggravation. Size is perfect for our two person household. Can't wait to use it next week.
