I just recently received my Weber Master Touch grill (7/2/2026) and i am very disappointed in the FedEx delivery system and handling of the item I purchased through Lowes. I immediately opened the damaged packaging to find several areas of damage to the grills lower kettle base. I proceeded to call the Weber customer support to report that i received a damaged product. Awesome for Steaks!
Would RecommendCooks great! I wanted something that would give me the charcoal smoke taste. My Trager pellet gill lacked the smoke taste, and could not get the high temp I wanted, and no way to get that crusty sear you want on a steak. AND this Weber Master Touch, is great for potatoes, best taste for a whole spud wrapped in foil. Very pleased with this purchase!

Would RecommendI've only used the grill once, and it's going to take a bit of getting used to. I had a smoker with a side firebox before, so this is considerably different. I am really happy with the grill so far. Assembly was simple.
