What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these ground anchors for exceptional strength and durability in extreme weather, with nearly all reporting high satisfaction. Most emphasize the stakes' superior holding power during hurricanes, tornadoes, and 60-70 mph winds, noting they remain firmly anchored where others fail. The 16-inch model's 400-lb rating and heavy-duty construction are frequently highlighted. Installation is described as easy, often taking under 15 seconds with a lever tool. Customers use them for sheds, trampolines, trees, pet tie-outs, and patio furniture. A few report difficulty in rocky or compacted soil, but these rare concerns are vastly outweighed by positive feedback.

Would RecommendVortex, weatherproof, landscape stakes are available in several lengths and with 125 pounds plus of pull force. Super easy to install--especially, after a rain softens the ground; I used a small crowbar and twisted it in myself. The bright orange is easy to see and to avoid tripping! A secure way to tie down recreational items, shade sails, tents, gazebos, and other items that may blow away in high winds.

Sturdy and Easy to Work With
Would RecommendI needed a really good replacement tree stake for my dwarf lilac tree which ended up tilted by about 25° after some high winds. I decided to try the vortex and I really like them. The ring is plenty big to bring rope through and knot it. Screwing it into the ground was pretty easy. I stuck a long screwdriver through the ring, turned it with both hands and the 16-in stake was in the ground all the way within 15 seconds. We've had some other high wind storms since then and my tree is proudly stan...
