Would Not RecommendNot worth 17 cents let alone $17. Very flimsy and extremely difficult to reel in the cord. The knob on the side and the handle on the inside are way too small. Also the inside handle does not rotate well at all. I can wrap the cord around it faster than you can reel it in.
