Would Not RecommendI bought this for my office desk. I got home and put it together. The base is cheaply made and when I inserted the fan into the base the plastic cracked. It is so thin that it is flexible. Not a quality product.

Would RecommendBuilt fairly well considering how inexpensive it is. Quiet, or quiet enough anyways. On the lowest speed it kicks out a lot of air. I had to move it 4 feet further away from where the old fan sat to get the same flow. I use it for 12 hours or so a day and it has worked fine for about 3 weeks now. I usually don't do reviews, but this little fan is a good product for the money and deserves to be recommended to others.
