Would RecommendI've used a "Johnson Bar" since I was a kid digging ditches. If you dig post holes, you need this to break out rocks. If you need to refill the hole with concrete you need the tamper end to mix/tamp the concrete. Keep it just moist and tamp the crap out of it and you don't need to wait for it to set up.
