I liked my first hardworking mop so much that when it finally gave out, I immediately ordered a new one.

Great product
Just what I was looking for, an iron that continually steams, a steamer I can use upright, long reach, and bit water reservoir!

Best mop I've bought
If all the mops I've bought and used, this has got to be the best one! Unlike the swifters, with this you can use your choice of cleaner

Good product
Strong 4 star. Ironing and steaming is a pure pleasure. Water refilling method should be improved. I’ve got white color version and it’s power cable is black… Would be ecstatically much better when the colors match.

Best mop ever!
Love how lightweight it is but still gets the job done. Doesn't hurt my back as much as other mops. Love the little scrubbing tool it came with. 5 stars!

Use instore pick up not shipping
Would Not RecommendWould I recommend this item to a friend? I don't know. I haven't used it because I am unsure whether to return it or see if it works. I chose shipping because it would arrive sooner than in-store pickup. It arrived in its original box, with no outer packaging. The box was crushed, and the top flap was torn off and then taped back on, leaving a gap for two of the three microfiber pads to fall out.
