Ratings & Reviews for Toro UltraPlus 405-CFM 260-MPH Corded Electric Handheld Leaf Blower

Works Great

Works as expected. Much easier to suck up leaves then bend over and pick them up. :-)

Works and is functional.

Used once so far. Does the job, expected it to be more powerful than it is. It does have a plasticy feel to it.

multi function

great product and service

Looking forward to using.

Just received blower/vac, haven't used it yet but expect it to perform well. I anticipate Fall leaf vac/mulching will be a much easier task and I can finally ditch the broom for sweeping up grass clippings. I've read through the manual, assembled blower, and realized I received only the Power Nozzle, but the Concentrator Nozzle was not provided; how do I resolve this issue?

Great Features and Durable

So far the reviews of this product meet the expectations. The airflow is great, the sound isn't bad, the controls are easy to operate, the oscillation movement is helpful, the shredder works as advertised.

I got this toro blower/vac it is mush stronger that the older models in both modes. so far the bottom dump bag may be better

YARD CLEAN UP

THESE TORO BLOWERS HAVE BEEN GREAT FOR ME. IN THE YARD CLEAN UP AND CLEANING OUT DRYER VENTS. THE LAST BLOWER LASTED ABOUT 5 YRS. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY RELIABLE FOR ME OVER TWENTY YEARS. THANK YOU DAVE

I viewed all the “promo” comments regarding the new Toro Ultras blower 340-CFM 260 MPHh and excited to purchased the newer version. However, the comments are FALSE, hence “PROMO”. I owned the older version for 10 years and comparing the old version to the new…the new is more like a hair dryer than a FLEX-Force, extremely disappointing and returning it.

Toro leaf blower/vacuum/mulcher

It vacuums and mulches very well. It has a powerful blow. Thus should make yard cleanup easier and faster. I have large maple trees.

APPEARS TO BE EXCELLENT QUALITY

Researched reliability and quality before choosing the brand Torro and this model. Used it only once so far but extremely satisfied with the performance, ease of use and options; great for a variety of purposes, ranging from gentle to powerful applications. Hope it lasts longer than the more basic Ryobi we had bought, occasionally used and garage-stored, but lasted only a few short years at a price comparatively not much less than this Torro model after adjusting for current inflation.

Heavy, doesn't perform anywhere near specs

I'm not sure why I thought this Toro product would be any different from others, given their trick is nice cases, covers, and branding, but poor performance and gimmicks. Guess I fell for it again (shame on me). Strangely, I don't expect much -- just that something performs the way it says it does. But with this Toro leaf blower, it most definitely doesn't. Not even close. I'm coming from an old, cheap, light, leaf blower that out performs this Toro on every single important element. It's li...

Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third unit in about thirty years. First had a plastic blade. Replaced with second that had a metal blade; finally wore out a few weeks ago with a broken switch. This newest unit is very superior in mulching capability. Almost every leaf is finnaly chopped.

Performance and quality exceeds my expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this Toro only as a vac and it performs that task better than my Stihl gas powered vac! It does not clog, is easy to empty and performs flawlessly!

Blower/Vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very well. Metal impeller is a must. Leafs are mulched very well. A little on the heavy side. Strap on the bag needs to be at least 2' longer so to get it across the neck of the handler.

Used 4 times and the zipper on the bag broke. Blower and vacuum work great. The bag however is garbage. I cannot recommend this tool because of the crappy zipper.

Poor Performance

This blower does not produce enough air power to move more than a handful of leaves. It's useless for even a small pile of leaves. Loved the last Toro Blower Vac we had. This one doesn't come close to it in performance.
