Ratings & Reviews for Timberline 2 -cu ft All natural Pine bark Pine Bark Mini Nuggets Mulch
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this pine bark mulch for its natural brown color, durability, and landscaping performance. Most value its ability to stay in place during heavy rain and wind, resist decomposition, and provide a clean, dye-free ground cover that enhances garden aesthetics. Reviewers consistently note it lasts significantly longer than shredded mulch while retaining moisture and suppressing weeds. However, many express frustration that the "mini" pieces are actually large and chunky, not small as labeled. A smaller group reports inconsistent product quality, including debris and sand contamination in some bags, plus thin plastic packaging that tears easily. Despite these concerns, most customers consider it a reliable, attractive landscaping choice.

Good mulch

Natural ground cover.
Would RecommendThis is a nice natural ground cover that drains well. When used on walking paths, it needs more frequent application as it breaks down.

Covers and soil enhancer
Small nuggets cover well but also breakdown well to support soil health.

Perfect for chicken run!
Would RecommendBeen working great! Perfect size and texture for my chickens. Yup, I put this down in my chicken run and it does great for giving them something to scratch around and for odor control at an excellent price! I don't even really need to spread it. The 'ladies' do all that for me scratching around.
