I love the Tide detergent. My Mother used Tide laundry detergent the entire time when I was growing up. Then I switched to an alternative brand for no particular reason. As I got older I was having problems with eczema. At that time I switched back to Tide in the white container- no dyes or perfume added. I am happy as a lark and will use this brand the rest of my life!

Could smell better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great for sensitive skin since it is fragrance and dye free. Although I do not find the scent pleasant on its own. I do recommend for sensitive skin but it could be improved scent wise.

Great for sensitive skin and noses

No breakouts

Cleans clothes well, no residue or fragrance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple and easy to read packaging. Free of irritating residue, no added dyes, or perfume. It says unscented, but I smell something that reminds me of cleaning chemicals. There’s no sand after they’ve been washed, rinsed, and dry. We had no skin irritation and it cleaned our clothes very well. I prefer more natural cleaners, but this detergent did clean my toddlers clothes well.

New Formula New Skin Reactions

Really want to know who at Tide thought it would be a good idea to add more chemicals to a laundry detergent that's supposed to be for sensitive skin. This "new and improved" formula is making my skin itch and feels like it's burning. I've been using Tide Free and Gentle for years and NEVER had any issues. Why improve something that didn't need to be improved? Now I'm going to have to find a new laundry detergent and hope I don't break out in a rash or hives. Thanks, Tide.

Tide Works

I don't really know how well this detergent works because I haven't used this particularly brand of Tide before, but I do know that Tide in it's own rite is a great detergient.

Bottle leaks everywhere!

I have always loved Tide detergent, but whoever designed this bottle with the spigot directly above the top of the bottle means it drips straight down, runs down the front of the bottle and leaks on whatever is underneath it, no matter how I try to avoid that. I use a public laundry and have to bring a paper towel with me to clean up the mess. Bring back proper spigots, please, and get rid of these useless bottles!

Clean and gentle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tide is a reputable brand and doesnt disappoint. I love that this product is dye free and has a light fragrance. My towels felt cleaner and fluffy. The concentration is is strong and not watery at all. The cap is clear and allows for easy measurements.

Works on tough dirt with no problems

We’ve been using Tide free and gentle and free and sensitive for many years. I work outside a lot, gardening, cutting firewood, tractors, etc. and this gets all my clothes clean. Also, I think the scented soaps (which are just chemicals touching your skin) makes it seem like you’re covering odors up, but this laundry detergent just leaves a good clean fabric with no lingering odors.
