Ratings & Reviews for Thermacell Patio Shield Insect Repellent Device For Mosquitoes 1 pk

Like the model

Nice model but unfortunately it does not seem to work 100% over here. There are less mosquitoes but we have it installed 3 feet in front of us and the mosquitoes are still attacking us.

NO!!

We bought this hoping it would help with the mosquitos but it DOES NOT. It repels NOTHING! We bought the thermacell along with a box of refills and it was definitely a WASTE OF MONEY! Will NEVER recommend this product to anyone!

It's simple...

Simply use one for a couple of evenings, and then DON'T use it once. You'll believe then.... Believe me (us, them, y'all,)!!

loved it, but stopped working quickly

I bought 3 of those last year. We loved them as they allowed us to stay outside without being biten. They were very efficient. Unfortunaly, they all stopped working and won't "click" on.

Bye bye mosquitos

After purchasing various types of Mosquito repellents, I finally found this Patio Shield from Thermacell . Easy to follow instructions so once I set it up outdoors and wait approximately 15 minutes. The mosquitoes disappeared. I noticed it works better on less windy days. I use it near pool on patio while barbecuing and at the park. It’s worth it!

AWSOME Product

This Is an Awesome product. I’m on my Second one and my son is on his Third one.

Horrible

Used 2 of these on my patio,on 2 different occasions, 1 on top and 1 underneath and they are useless and minimal smoke comes out and I have been bit up both times.

Run out and get one now!

The mosquitoes have been relentless this season... until I started up my patio thermacell. This company has now earned my lifetime loyalty. This is the only product you need. Stop spraying yourself just to continue to get bitten. Start up your thermacell patio leave it outside for about 15 minutes and then join it to enjoy a beautiful summer night with no bites.

Terrible product

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I purchased this product. It worked once. Took it camping with us and could t get it to work again. We bought a bunch refills and can’t even use them now. 😣👎🏼

So easy!

I just received it and it is so easy to set up, use, and it’s so portable, I’m going to use it for cooking out, backyard swimming and family time, and for sure bring it camping!

Love this product

I love both patio shield Thermacell product, I have not been bit since I bought it, however the repellent pads do not last 4 hours. I get maybe an hour to an hour and a half out of them.

Terrible repellent

It promised 15ft repelled. it doesn’t repelled well when it is nighttime. It works well when it is afternoon and before.

Unbelievable how good it is!!

This works so well that I sit it on my covered fire pit, after a few minutes skeeters that are hiding under the edge of the pit start leaving. Never even land on me - they just leave!! If you don’t have one — buy two!!

Zero Stars

Puchased this 3 days ago. Had a very hard time igniting. Changed the cartridge and still issues. Finally lit it, went out. On my 3rd attempt, it stayed lit for 30 min. Had to restart the whole process again. Total waste of money.

It Really Works!!!!!!

I am camping in a Provincial park in Canada for 5 months. I have allergies to scents and didn’t want to put nasty chemicals like deet on my skin,so I suffered the mosquitos from May to the 2nd week in June. The mosquitos became more ravenous and seemed to get bigger in size, so I not a got a Thermacell. I can now bbq, relax, eat and drink outside without constantly swatting the mosquitos. It starting working within 5 minutes of starting it and there was not one mosquito on my patio. I love this...

Hard to light/won't stay lit

I bought this product to use on my patio. I thought it looked nice, pleasing color and shape, unobtrusive, and not messy. After unpacking, I read through the instructions and thought, seems easy to use. Screwed in the fuel canister, turned it on, clicked 3 times and nothing. I tried again, nothing. Turned it off, waited a bit then tried again. Clicked what seemed like forever and finally I saw a glow in the sight glass. After about 3 minutes I noticed there was no glow. Started over trying to...

Works great trust in this product

This works better than I thought and further than it says. I highly recommend it for ur patios I will be buying refills for it for sure

Terrible product

Bought this thinking it would repell mosquitoes but did the opposite. I let it warm up for 15 minutes and placed it upwind and it didn’t do anything. The mosquitoes were still coming as their usual behavior and this device didn’t stop them in the slightest.

Spray free repellent

I wasn't even aware these were a thing. I love there's no sprays or horrible scents involved. It has a natural repellent and best of all it's pet friendly. I like sitting on my porch at night and this helps keep those pest away.

Absolutely A Game Changer!

I already knew about Thermacell Portable Repellent and was impressed. So i bought several of the Patio Thetmacells for my mother's 81st birthday party. Everyone was so astonished how there were no insects flying around, no mosquitoes nor flies. This is one awesome device and I feel blessed to have them. I have been recommending your products to everyone i know. Now i can sit outside in the evening unafraid of getting bit ot aick. Keep up the excellent work.
