Doesn't stick, falls off in a day.

I bought this to make some repairs on some tarps and there isn't enough stick to it. Very little stick when I put it on and it was falling off in a day. Wasted $50. Was applied at 70 degrees. A real pain to have to cut each piece with scissors. Gigantic fail.

Useless on cold plastic

Wont even attempt to stick in a cold refrigerator to repair broken plastic

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. -5 stars for being worse than Elmer's white paper glue. -5 stars for all the false claims based on the roll I have now. I will not buy another product made but this company again. I do not recommend the Brute Force tape to anyone. I bought this tape in hopes that I lives up the hype. It's Strong ... but has horrible adhesion

I bought this to repair a vinyl swimspa cover - to help me get another year or two out of it. I cleaned the surface thoroughly and found it concerning how easy it was to pull it off the roll and even pull it back up and put it back down as I attempted to put it down in straight lines. A few hours later as I folded the two halves of the cover at the engineered fold point the T-Rex tape lifted right off ... a very large section of it. It was a hot dry day and this stuff falls off ... forget any ot...

No adhesion

Bought this tape because it boasted it was it was hard to tear and waterproof, to fix a hole in my camping tent this past weekend. I had a buddy apply a strip of the tape to the outside of the hole while I was on the inside to apply another strip and sandwich the tent between the two. It immediately started peeling off of my tent, I was beyond baffled when the 2 strips pulled right apart from each other. Cut off another piece in frustration and slapped it on my arm, not a single hair was pulled ...

Not at all what advertised

I bought it and I could rip it with my own hands. It couldn’t even hold up 56 ounces

Strong and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this to 'repair' a number of plastic outdoor products. It comes off the roll very nicely, and doesn't stick back onto itself, like some other similar products. It cuts easily (across) and also tears very nicely along the tape if you need a narrower piece. It adheres nicely to the surfaces I've tried it on (all plastics) and has stayed in place for over a month (through cold weather and rain).

Great for tough jobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thick and durable, this tape is great for tough jobs anywhere around the house. You can use it inside or outside the house for just about anything. We used it to fix broken parts of a dog crate and several other things. It's a lot thicker than similar products. This helps make it stronger, but also means it's not as pliable as regular duct tape or other similar products.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to try out T-Rex Brute Force masking tape and it works like a charm. I was able to patch up a kiddie pool and it held up. I'm impressed on the quality and durability of this tape. I'm looking forward to using it many different types of surfaces in and around my home.

Not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape seemed like it was going to work great because of how thick it was but the hold of it was not the best. I actually stopped using it to go back to a different tape for my project. Just was not a fan of this tape

Durable

I heard about T-REX tape from a commercial on the tv one day. Recently my husband had a home project that required tape, I recommended he give T-REX a shot. He loves it! It's strong, durable, and reasonably priced for what you get out of it!

High Performance Duct Tape

amazing tape

Strong sticky stuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I can’t say I have ever been disappointed with any other duct tape brands in the past, I can say this is a strong, quality product. It is nice and sticky, strong (I can’t break it without tearing), and still tears easy so you can get the right length. Buy this and go McGyver something.

Extremely Strong Tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great, and definitely holds. I've done some quick DIY with this tape, lasts for a long time and is extremely strong. Can withhold good temperatures. Easy to use, easy to cut with scissors. I'm satisfied.

Indeed strong...for specific uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tape claims to be incredibly strong longitudinally--along the length of the tape strip that you use. And this is immediately evident in the strong cords built in that run the length of the tape. This is why you can't tear it off with your fingers like regular duct tape--make sure you have scissors or a knife handy. The down side is that this also reduces its utility a bit--it's not going to be your everyday duct tape replacement. Howe...

Stronger than Duct Tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tape is extremely durable and sticks to anything. The reinforced threading helped to allow it to hold heavier objects while working on car projects. While the threading helps to make it stronger, it does require scissors or some other sharp object to cut vs. being able to rip with your teeth like traditional Duct Tape.

Strong tape!!

The adhesive was was really strong when using it has traditional duct style tape.Just to test the durability, I doubled a 3 foot section of tape on it's self and picked my 7 year old with it. It held up great! I'm very pleased with this tape.
