Excellent product that cuts very well. Chain comes off pretty easy if pinched, but reinstalls just as easy. Very easy to handle and cut small/large branches when fully extended. I would buy this again without hesitation. Bar and chain oil lasts a very long time on a single fill too!

This pole saw is really better.

Construction is everything. The quality of the materials used in this pole saw is better than comparable saws. The entire saw body is made of a high impact plastic material that will take a beating better than metal poles and that’s better. The instructions are clear and concise if people will only take 1 step at a time. I’m impressed.

Worked great for 3 years

Very happy with the 10" Sun joe Pole saw. Worked great fo 3 years. I was trimming a large tree that was hit by a tornado and the motor smoked. I see on the web site it is only for smaller limbs. Going to purchase a replacement.

Better than advertised

I have used my Sun Joe for about a year, and it performs exceptionally well. The chain stays sharp, and is easy to sharpen. The only minus, and it's minor, is that the oil reservoir capacity is small, resulting in a frequent check for oil level and refilling. It is rugged and cuts easily. I've worked with it on the roof and from the ground for a few hours at a time. I'm 81, and the weight of the saw is not a problem. For the money, it's likely the best on the market. Excellent Product.

After reading many reviews on Pole Chainsaws, I am very happy I decided on this Sun Joe SWJ803E Electric model. This pole chainsaw is simple and easy to use with a nice reach when the pole is open all the way. One would say, it is a bit top-heavy, but this is expected when you extend the full length of the pole. This Chainsaw is well made and it cuts limbs off trees like butter. Very happy with this Sun-Joe Pole Chainsaw and its price.

My little Helper when kids are not around!!!

This is so easy to use, l do not have to wait for help. So at least l can do my chores without all the effort. No waiting for my son to help me, so l love it. I can actually get it done myself.

just what I needed

I had a funny start the first one was kaput plugged it in nothing. Went to two more outlets nothing loosened the chain, checked the oil a third time, you get the message. But the replacement came before I think the broken one got back to SUNJOE. Did all the required procedures and used it with great abandone not only did it work but it surpassed my expectation. I also have a electric power washer from SUNJOE with which I am also very happy and that is why I went with SUNJOE again

Most Excellent!

I will have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised with how well this pole saw worked! I can't wait to get me an extension ladder so I can finish trimming limbs so I can bring this tree down! The largest diameter of some of my limbs were approximately 4 inches. This saw never hesitated while cutting effortlessly through each limb. Plus it never once kicked back on me! I highly recommend this saw to anyone needing to do any home landscaping work!

10" pole chainsaw

Worked well first two times, 3rd time would not cut at all. Looks like chain is gone. Disappointed. Chain is not covered under warranty even though it should last more than 3 times.

Electric Multi-Angle Pole Chain Saw | 10 inch

This product exceeded my expectations. I did not expect an electric powered chain saw to be a powerful as this one is. It cuts through a 10-inch limb with little effort on operator's part, and the ability to change angle of head is an added perk worth having.

Hot knife through butter

OMG, this is wonderful! I bought this because it was cheep and come to fine out it's just the price that was cheep not the product . I've been using my neighbors BLACK+DECKER saw similar to this and it's like night and day. The SUNJOE is alittle heavier but cuts much faster. I put the saw on the branch turn it on and it cuts like a hot knift through butter.

Works better than my chainsaw!

Bought this to trim back a bunch of trees in the yard. This cuts through branches like butter. It's super fast and easy to use vs something that uses gas. Just make sure to keep an eye on the bar chain oil to keep the reservoir full as it uses it quickly. I've used it to even cut down small trees with ease. It's easy to use and holds up well for extended use.

this store cut down with ease. However it was a little top-heavy! However I was so glad I got to cut down all my trees that were hanging over my house I would recommended this saw!

Very empressed with product

Only used it a couple of times but it is easy to operate and does the job without much effort. I'm an older person and your product works perfectly for the projects I have around my home.
