What Customers Are Saying
The tile has a mixed reception, with some praising its attractive neutral color and pattern, while others report significant quality issues. Many found the tiles to be brittle and prone to chipping, cracking, and breaking, especially during cutting and installation. There were also widespread problems with color and size variations between tiles, making it difficult to achieve a consistent look. The tiles were also described as challenging to cut, requiring specialized tools and extra time and effort. Overall, while the tiles can look good when installed properly, the quality control and installation challenges seem to outweigh the benefits for many customers.
