Would RecommendFirst of all, I love the depth of this ceramic dish. We had no problem making a multilayered casserole in it with plenty of space at the top, no worries about accidentally getting your oven mitt dirty. Cleanup was a breeze, we didn't even need to bother with the dishwasher. I love the vibrant red color too. I've only used the largest of the 3 so far, but my daughter and I were both impressed.

I traded in my glass baking dishes because I'm doin more casseroles that involve placing the dish under the broiler and I really started to worry about the glass shattering in mhy oven. Not with these! I love the three sizes - so versatile. And as with my other Staub products, I know they will last! Best purchase this year so far!

Would RecommendThis is a well designed set of three casserole dishes. They hold more than the conventional Pyrex glass casserole dishes and the casseroles I’ve tried so far came out nicely crisped on the edges and easy to remove. Cleanup is easy as well!
